The burnt iPod (known in iTunes as Lisa's Jam Box) was an iPod recovered from a fire (presumably a house fire) and bought by Wade off Elite Obsolete's eBay. It was introduced in "This iPod was on fire. Let's plug it in." In the video, Wade gives the burnt Pod a new battery and display, only to realize that it shares its characteristics with a phoenix - rising from the ashes.

Wade bought this iPod off Elite Obsolete's eBay. After obtaining a new battery, he opened the charred device up to see minor damage to the other side of the rear casing and the foam on the hard drive. He replaced the battery and display (he put the battery in second time round) and witnessed the nugget of an iPod coming back to life.
